When companies grow beyond a certain point, their operations quietly break down. Teams start running on WhatsApp groups, tasks live in personal notebooks, project progress is tracked in spreadsheets that only one person understands, attendance is recorded on paper, and financial requests travel by word of mouth. Nobody has a clear picture of what is actually happening across the business — and leadership spends more time chasing updates than making decisions.

This problem is especially pronounced for companies across the MENA region, where no single bilingual product existed that could bring all of this — workforce management, task execution, financial approvals, inventory, and field operations — into one structured system that works in both Arabic and English, operates on mobile as confidently as it does on a desktop, and continues functioning even when field teams are in areas without reliable internet connection.

Project Impact & Outcomes

Works across any industry
— Retail, real estate, logistics, healthcare, professional services, agencies, manufacturing, and technical services. A single platform adaptable to the specific language and workflow of each business domain.
5 employee tiers fully covered
— Executives, Department Managers, Supervisors, Office Staff, and Field Representatives each have role-specific screens and permission boundaries.
4 autonomous AI executive agents
— COO, CFO Auditor, Inventory Manager, and HR Evaluator operate continuously within the platform, connected to each company's own knowledge base.
Fully offline-capable
— The platform continues functioning without internet. All actions sync automatically on reconnection. Designed specifically for field teams in areas with unstable connectivity.
Installable on any smartphone
— No app store required. Any employee installs and uses it like a native mobile app from their browser.
Full bilingual parity
— Arabic with right-to-left layout and English with left-to-right layout, both equally complete across every feature, form, notification, and report.
Multi-tenant architecture
— Built to support multiple isolated company workspaces on the same infrastructure, enabling future resale, client deployments, and white-label configurations.

Operations Command Center

The management dashboard — a single, real-time view of everything happening across the company.*

Live Business Overview: Leadership and managers see all active tasks, running projects, overdue work orders, and team workloads on one screen — updated continuously without needing to refresh or ask anyone for a status update.

Task & Work Order Engine: Any task, job, or work order can be created, assigned to a specific employee or team, given a deadline, and tracked through a defined lifecycle of stages — from "Assigned" through "In Progress" to "Completed" or "Escalated."

SLA Deadline Monitoring: The platform flags jobs that are approaching their deadline or have missed it, giving managers the visibility to intervene before a client commitment is broken.

Priority & Escalation Controls: Critical tasks can be elevated in priority at any time, with automatic notifications sent to the responsible employee and their supervisor.

Cross-Department Visibility: Managers can view the operational load across different departments simultaneously, identifying bottlenecks without needing to attend status meetings.

Project FAQs

AI was natively embedded into the core workflows (such as content automation, verification, and analytics) rather than just a sidebar chat feature.
Yes, the system is architected from the ground up to be natively bilingual (Arabic/English) with full RTL/LTR rendering support.
It uses Next.js 15 with TypeScript for the frontend, secure API design, PostgreSQL/SQLite, and Docker for reproducible deployments.
We enforce strict row-level data isolation, secure authentication, and end-to-end encryption for API keys.
