About this project
BagbackTech is the AI-first digital product studio I founded to build production-grade platforms, automation systems, and SaaS products for the MENA market. The studio operates on one principle: every product shipped here is real — not an MVP polished to look like a product, but an actual platform with real infrastructure, real security, real multi-tenancy, and real scalability built in from day one.
The portfolio spans 6 production platforms built entirely solo: Elitk (multi-tenant social media SaaS with a 55-table PostgreSQL schema and Row-Level Security), BAGBACK (AI-powered luxury pre-owned marketplace with computer vision authentication), Elitk Ops (offline-first field operations PWA for Arabic-speaking teams), the Elitk AI Library (2,771-prompt engineering platform with live MCP profiles), and full digital operations stacks for Dubai-based clients including Laforma Technical Services. Every product was architected, designed, coded, tested, deployed, and maintained by a single engineer — without outsourcing a single line.
The technical foundation: Next.js and React for frontend, Laravel and FastAPI for APIs, PostgreSQL and Firebase for data, Docker Compose for containerisation, Caddy for routing, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. AI capabilities are woven into every product via Gemini 2.5 Flash, GPT-4o, and Claude 3.5 — for content generation, authenticity analysis, customer support, and system automation. BagbackTech is not an agency. It's the studio that builds what it uses.
