Laforma Technical Services is a UAE-based company offering professional technical and maintenance services across Dubai and the broader Emirates market. The platform at laforma.ae is their primary digital presence — a bilingual website that serves both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking customers in the UAE, converts visitors into inquiries, and allows the Laforma team to manage all website content independently without involving a developer for every update.
Mohamed Osama was engaged as an Independent Digital Systems Architect to design and deliver the complete digital platform for Laforma Technical Services — from architecture to deployment. The brief was clear: build a fast, bilingual website that ranks in UAE search results, communicates trust to local customers in both languages, converts visitors through WhatsApp and contact forms, and gives the Laforma team control over their own content without technical dependency.
Technical service businesses in the UAE operate in a bilingual market. A website that speaks only English loses a significant portion of Arabic-speaking customers; a website that provides poor Arabic — or displays it in a left-to-right layout — communicates that the business does not understand its market. Many service companies in the region use basic template sites that load slowly, have no structured service pages, and require developer involvement to change even a price or a testimonial.
Three specific gaps needed to be closed:
Language and layout: The platform needed genuine bilingual support — not a translation plugin on top of an English site, but a fully structured Arabic experience with correct right-to-left layout, Arabic typography, and Arabic-language SEO — running in parallel with the English version.
Lead conversion for the UAE market: UAE customers predominantly use WhatsApp for initial service inquiries rather than filling in contact forms. The conversion flow needed to reflect this — WhatsApp calls-to-action embedded throughout the site, alongside a structured contact form for customers who prefer it.
Content independence: The Laforma team needed to publish new blog posts, update service pricing, add promotions, and manage testimonials without sending requests to a developer. All content operations had to be manageable through a dashboard by non-technical staff.
