Bagback Commerce is a fully operational multi-vendor e-commerce platform built and run at bagback.shop. It handles everything a retail business requires from end to end: product listings, shopping carts, checkout and payment processing, vendor management, affiliate attribution, promotional campaigns, fulfillment tracking, and daily operations — all inside one integrated system.
Unlike a template or a proof-of-concept, this platform was built as a real business that the founder operated directly. Every feature exists because a real operational need demanded it.
Running a multi-vendor retail operation requires more than a storefront. Most ready-made e-commerce solutions handle the basics — products and checkout — but fall apart when a business needs to manage multiple independent vendors, track who referred each sale, run targeted promotions, process real payments, and follow each order from placement to doorstep delivery — all simultaneously, from one dashboard.
The gap is not in the tools; it's in the integration. A business owner using three separate platforms for their store, affiliate program, and vendor commissions spends more time managing data transfer between systems than running the actual business.
